What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All Domestic orders are processed within 2-5 business days then shipped. 

During the HOLIDAY season and sales, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and to be shipped.  

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty!  However, you must cancel your order before it ships. 


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Please double check your entered email address at checkout. If you enter the incorrect email then your confirmation emails and all other emails will bounce and you will not receive important information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim

If your package arrived and the product is damaged, please send us an email immediately with photos included to wendy@breewoo.com 

Packages that are marked as Delivered but not Received

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but you did not receive it. Once an item is marked delivered, we can no longer file a claim on that package. Please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number and details about your package so that they may assist you!


How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-14 business days.
